I would not recommend this chair to anyone! I custom ordered one from our local "Baby Store" back in February (wanted a specific wood color) and when it arrived the track underneith the base was cracked. I called the store and they ordered us a second chair and asked us to return the original. 7 weeks later our second chair arrived and it too was cracked at the base! There is something definitely wrong with the production of this chair, there is no reason to receive two broken chairs back to back. After 13 weeks of waiting we were offered a third chair, but we declined and went with a Dutailier.

I have looked for a chair for a long time and finally decided to go with this one. I like that it rocks but also reclines. the locking mechanism started locking by itself the second day and it was very loud and impossible to unlock without crawling under the chair...so I removed the whole thing. I didn't care for that feature anyway. it works great now and I really love it. I spend a lot of time in this chair with my baby every day and she loves it too.

I've had this chair for nearly two years. The locking mechanism went out a few months ago and my husband and I have tried unsuccessfully to fix it. This isn't a huge problem for our toddler - we mainly read stories with him - but will be a problem when the newborn arrives (it is quite a jolt to have the chair lock when you don't expect it). The reclining feature is great, especially for late night feedings. Would I recommend this chair? I'm not sure. It seemed like a good choice for the price but has not lasted.
